We are specialists in fasteners of all kinds. These include bolts, nuts, screws, inserts, sleeves, spacer bushes, pins and hollow parts. Depending on customer requirements, we also manufacture these with knurls, internal and external threads or mechanical machining.
We manufacture these fastening and connecting parts using turning or cold extrusion technology, depending on your requirements or quantities. We advise you immediately and analyze your specifications with regard to the three factors: part geometry, tolerances and quantities. Whether in CNC centers, automatic ring lathes, on single-spindle machines or multi-spindle machines: with our many years of expertise in the field of turning technology, we are able to produce a wide range of precision parts up to a diameter of 50 mm. This technological versatility enables us to realize almost any conceivable geometry, which qualifies us particularly for the production of pre-series and samples for new products.

We are characterized by versatility and precision in the field of cold-formed part production. With the help of modern 6-stage presses, we realize technical tasks in an almost endless range of possibilities. Seamless quality monitoring is our top priority, with a target of ≤ 50 ppm thanks to optoelectronic testing machines.

Assembly of modules
Our expertise in the production of welding and assembly modules enables you to obtain fully assembled solutions from a single source. Our portfolio includes the assembly and welding of various components into a customer-specific assembly. Thanks to feeding and robot systems, we are able to produce very high quantities for you in fully automated assembly.
